At curistanaturals.com, we ensure fast processing of the right products in proper conditions/packaging without any damage as per ordered by customers. Our team always re-checks and verifies each & every single order before dispatch.

We have 3 (Three) days return policy. If 3 (Three) days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

A return will be entertained on the following conditions only:

If, the product(s) delivered to you, do not match your order;
If, product(s) delivered to you, were damaged in transit (Please do not accept any product which has a tampered seal).
If after opening the package customer discovers that the item is missing or less or wrong, the return request should be filed within 3 days of delivery along with photographs (of the parcel box as well as other products received) on our email – info@curistanaturals.com
If, the product(s) delivered to you, are expired or near to its expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry); kindly provide the photographs of products as proof of expiry. (Expiry date must be clearly visible in the attached photographs).

Collection of Personally Identifiable Information and other Information

  • Any wrong ordering of a product doesn’t qualify for Return;
  • The batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice;
  • Return requests arising due to change in prescription do not qualify for Return;
  • The product being returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product being returned should only be in its original manufacturer’s packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code, and invoice.
  • Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be returned for a refund. Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in such cases we will offer a refund.

In the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we’d be happy to assist and resolve your concern. You may raise a Return request with our customer care within 03 (Three) days from the delivery of the product. curistanaturals.com reserves the right to cancel the Return request if the customer reaches out to us after 3 days of delivery.

Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, curistanaturals.com shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If curistanaturals.com finds that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process. curistanaturals.com shall process the refund only once it has received confirmation from the vendor concerned in respect of the contents of the product relating to that refund.

In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Curista Naturals reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Curista Naturals in this regard.

Category of Non-Returnable Product: Certain categories of products marked as non-returnable on the product page, will not qualify for the Return as per Curista Naturals Return policy. The details of the non-returnable products are mentioned below: Any product which has been opened or Seal has been broken or used.

Return Process:

  • All claims of damage or shortage must be made within 3 business days of receipt of goods.
  • For Return intimation, please visit www.curistanaturals.com or alternatively call us at +91-9540461510 (From 9 AM to 6 PM).
  • Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, Curista Naturals will initiate the collection of the product(s) to be returned.
  • The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Refund will be completed within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of reverse pick up (if required).
  • All returns may be subject to a handling fee.

Refund Process:

In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, a Refund will be made as mentioned below:

  • Orders placed through an online wallet will be credited to the wallet;
  • Order placed through cash on delivery will be refunded through fund transfer to the customer’s bank account.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellation Policy

The customer can cancel the order for the product directly by logging in www.curistanaturals.com account till we ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.
After shipping if a customer still doesn’t need the product he/she may refuse to accept it from the courier partner and we will initiate a refund after the product is received by us.

Other Cancellations:

Curista Naturals also reserves the right to cancel any orders that our courier partners are unable to accept and service due to certain reasons.
Some other situations that may result in your order being canceled include the non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or errors in pricing information specified by our partners.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@curistanaturals.com and send your item to: Curista Drugs & Pharmaceuticals address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Curista Drugs & Pharmaceuticals address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
